What is Botox?

Botox is a drug made from a toxin produced by the bacterium
Clostridium botulinum. It's the same toxin that causes a
life-threatening type of food poisoning called

botulism.

Doctors use it in small doses to treat health problems, including:

Temporary smoothing of facial wrinkles and improving your appearance

Severe underarm sweating

Cervical dystonia - a neurological disorder that causes severe neck and shoulder muscle contractions

Blepharospasm - uncontrollable blinking Strabismus - misaligned eyes

Chronic migraine

Overactive bladder

Botox injections work by weakening or paralyzing certain muscles or
by blocking certain nerves. The effects last about three to twelve
months, depending on what you are treating. The most common side effects
are pain, swelling, or bruising at the injection site. You could also
have flu-like symptoms, headache, and upset stomach

What others say about us

I’ve had Botox all over the world, and Laura is hands-down the best. I have very strong expressions and usually fear looking 'frozen,' but she smoothed my forehead perfectly while keeping my look natural. She also expertly opened up my eye area so I look refreshed and awake. Professional, precise, and highly recommended for anyone wanting natural results in Austin or around.

- Aida Minotta

I had a great experience with Laura for Botox and cheek filler. She explained things about my skin that I didn’t know before, and it’s very obvious how professional and knowledgeable she is. She’s also incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable right away. I’m very happy with my results and will be going back for PRP and some other services I need ♡
